These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AdsHub platform, website, and services operated by AdsHub (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

AdsHub is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides unified ad management, analytics, and AI-powered tools for advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok. Our services include a cross-platform dashboard, AI-powered analysis tools, automated rules engine, and reporting capabilities.

2. Account Registration & Responsibility

To use AdsHub, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws

You must be at least 18 years old to use AdsHub. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AdsHub to:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform by automated means beyond normal API usage
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure
• Engage in any illegal activity or promote illegal products and services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Resell or redistribute AdsHub services without written authorization
• Use AI tools to generate content that violates ad platform policies or applicable law

4. Payment Terms

AdsHub offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose
• Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support@getadshub.com for refund requests
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

5. Intellectual Property

The AdsHub platform, including its design, code, algorithms, AI models, branding, and documentation, is owned by AdsHub and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the platform. By using our AI tools, you retain full rights to the generated outputs (ad copy, analysis reports, recommendations).

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of AdsHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using AdsHub, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Platforms

AdsHub integrates with third-party advertising platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok. You acknowledge that:

• These platforms are operated independently and have their own terms of service
• We are not responsible for changes to their APIs, policies, data availability, or service disruptions
• Platform API changes may temporarily affect data availability or feature functionality in AdsHub
• Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms, and you must maintain valid accounts with them

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• AdsHub is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations, predictions, or analysis will produce specific advertising results
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from third-party platform changes, outages, or policy modifications

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the platform ceases immediately
• Your data remains exportable for 30 days after account closure
• After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AdsHub operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email. Continued use of AdsHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
