AdsHub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the getadshub.com website and the AdsHub platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, password (hashed), organization name, and billing information.
Ad Platform Data
When you connect Meta, Google Ads, or TikTok via OAuth, we access campaign performance data including impressions, clicks, conversions, spend, and audience metrics. We use read-only OAuth access — we cannot modify your campaigns, adjust your budgets, or access your payment methods on these platforms.
Analytics & Usage Data
We collect information about how you use AdsHub, including pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve our service.
AI Tool Usage
When you use our AI-powered tools (Ad Grader, Ad Copy Generator, Ad Score Predictor, etc.), we process the inputs you provide (URLs, ad copy, product descriptions) to generate results. These inputs may be sent to third-party AI providers as described in Section 3.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the AdsHub dashboard and analytics features
- Power AI analysis tools including strategy grading, ad scoring, competitor intelligence, and copy generation
- Generate cross-platform performance insights and recommendations
- Process billing and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (password resets, campaign alerts, account notifications)
- Improve our services, fix bugs, and develop new features
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with third parties only as follows:
- AI Providers (Anthropic, OpenAI): Ad copy and URLs you submit to AI tools are sent to our AI providers for processing. Data is anonymized where possible and is not used to train their models.
- Payment Processing (Stripe): Billing information is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
- Infrastructure Providers: We use cloud hosting services (Google Cloud) that process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Certain data may be retained longer if required for legal or compliance purposes. Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
5. Your Rights
Regardless of where you are located, you have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Export: Download your data in a portable format from your account settings
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data

6. OAuth & Read-Only Access
When you connect your ad platform accounts (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok), we request read-only OAuth permissions. This means:
- We can view your campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions)
- We cannot create, modify, pause, or delete your campaigns
- We cannot access or modify your ad spend or billing on these platforms
- You can revoke access at any time from your AdsHub account settings or directly from the ad platform
8. Rights for EU Users (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:
- Right to restrict processing of your personal data
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Right to withdraw consent at any time
- Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
Our legal basis for processing your data is contractual necessity (to provide the service you signed up for) and legitimate interest (to improve our services). A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request by contacting support@getadshub.com.
9. Rights for California Users (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act grants you additional rights:
- Right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Right to request deletion of your personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale of personal information
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

10. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, and hashed credentials. OAuth tokens are encrypted using Fernet symmetric encryption. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of AdsHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
